Fresh caught Thresher shark (a meaty and subtly sweet fish. texture is between Swordfish and Halibut) grilled and brushed with Teriyaki. Served over Vegetable fried rice with grilled asparagus. sprinkled with sesame seeds. (This shark was long line caught in Ocean City Maryland by Captain Brandon Campbell aboard the Averie branch boat)

Crispy Duck Ramen 28.95

A crispy 1/2 roasted duck with tossed with bean sprouts, Dunks mushrooms, onions, cherry tomatoes and Bok Choy. Served in a rich duck stock seasoned with soy, ginger and fish sauce over fresh ramen style noodles.
