Our house spiced local cider with a home-made brandied Punt e Mes and Tozai peace blossom Sake. Served in a chilled flute and topped with a flower blossom from “Down to Earth Garden Shop”.

Your choice of chilled vodka/gin. Shaken with our homemade spiced brine, and strained into a chilled martini glass.

3oz Baby Bear (Cranberry, spice, Martini)
A cranberry and allspice reduction shaken with Rum Haven coconut water rum, fresh lime and Pama liqueur.
3oz Momma Bear (Martini)
Our pear and lavender reduction made from fresh pears and lavender from Down to Earth Garden shop. Shaken with Dry Line Cape Cod Rose Gin, fresh lime juice and a splash of cranberry juice. Strained and served in a chilled martini glass.
3oz Papa Bear (Manhattan)
Our house spiced local cider stirred with Angels Envy Bourbon and Dave’s house made Johnny Bourbon bitters. Served in a chilled martini glass and finished with a Luxardo Cherry.

Local Brew Espresso Martini 11.75
Smugglers Notch Maple Vermont crème liquor, Kahlua coffee liquor, Triple Eight vanilla vodka and fresh espresso from Brew in Brentwood NH. Shaken hard and strained into chilled martini glass.

Our house spiced local cider shaken with fresh lemon juice and Tito’s Handmade Vodka.

Flor de Cana four-year aged white rum shaken with fresh lime juice, our persimmon and fresh rosemary orgeat pineapple juice and topped with a Pama liqueur.

Our house spiced local cider shaken with Adictivo Anejo, fresh lemon juice and Bitter Truth allspice dram. Garnished with an apple fan and a dash of cinnamon.
Gretel 15.25 (Margarita)
Our pear and lavender reduction made from fresh pears and lavender from Down to Earth Garden shop. Shaken with Partida Anejo tequila, fresh lime juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and a splash of St. Germaine. Garnished with lavender and lime.
